The writer of that epinion is a little slow. They seem to be of the type that needs the "caution, the drink you are about to enjoy is extremely hot" on their coffee cup, otherwise they don't possess the brain power to function properly. Now, this comment makes me a complete ass, but come on! "I didn't know if I should sit or stand, because they didn't tell me." Jeez! It hurts to read! I've never used one of these products, but are the instructions truly that meticulous?
